Ham & Pineapple Kabobs

Ingredients

2 pounds smoked ham, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 (8-ounce) cans pineapple chunks, drained and juice reserved
8 skewers
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions:

Thread ham cubes and pineapple chunks on skewers; place in an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Combine reserved juice and remaining ingredients; pour over kabobs, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, turning occasionally. Grill over medium-hot coals, turning twice and brushing with marinade until hot and golden, about 10 minutes.
