Hello Brennah,
I am writing to you because of your very interesting article in the 1/9/26 Newsletter entitled "Stop Memorizing Recipes. Start Understanding Baking". I have been using Cook'n for many, many years and always look forward to the newsletter for tips, tricks, and of course, recipes.
I wanted to let you know that I found your article both interesting and informative and it certainly taught me something I didn't know about the science behind baking. I am now able to apply the formulas when baking to my own recipes and to finally know why the bake turned out the way it did. A Huge Thank You for your article.
