I grew up in Utah and it is rare to find a restaurant or fast food place that didn't have fry sauce. When I moved out of Utah, NO ONE had my beloved fry sauce, so I had to order some mayo and ketchup and mix them together to dip my fries in. I'm back in Utah now, and fry sauce is everywhere, much to my delight! I like the addition of vinegar, my husband doesn't. Feel fee to leave it out, if you'd like.Yield: about 1/3 cup
|1 teaspoon||apple cider vinegar (optional)|
|1/2 teaspoon||ground black pepper|
|1/2 teaspoon||seasoning salt (like Season-All)|
In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Adjust to taste as needed. Store in a covered container for up to 3 days.
