Garlic Caesar Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:1 pound chicken breast tenderloins or strips
1 cup caesar-style salad dressing
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups bread crumbs
Combine dressing and garlic. Mix well. Marinate chicken in mixture for at least 8 hours, or overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place bread crumbs in a large resealable plastic bag. Remove chicken from marinade and place in bag with bread crumbs. Shake until all chicken pieces are coated. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until no longer pink in center and juices run clear.
