Dovetailing Tips: Today we will make huge strides for the week! Go ahead and chop 1 1/4 cup of onions and cut up 2 heads of cauliflower and 1 head of broccoli and you will be off to a great start. You will 1 pound each of the broccoli and cauliflower today and then you need 2 cups of broccoli for Wednesday and 1 head of cauliflower for Thursday. The onions will be enough for today, Wednesday, and Friday!

Dovetailing Tips: Use 1/2 cup onion and 2 cups of broccoli today!

Dovetailing Tips: You are way ahead today with that head of cauliflower already chopped.
