Download these recipes into your Cook'n software. Then, you can save time and money by using your Cook'n software to make a grocery list! Save time by using the dovetailing and "prepare-ahead-of-time" features designed into this menu!


Monday

Pineapple Chicken
Rice
Steamed Broccoli
Fruit Popsicles

Dovetailing Tips: As you cut up the broccoli for this meal cut extra and it will be ready to be steamed Friday.


Tuesday

Spaghetti Carbonara
Carrots with Marsala
Buttery Breadsticks

Dovetailing Tips: Cook extra bacon today and you will have it ready to crumble on your salad Thursday. It will add great flavor without the work of cooking it again!

You can also grate a whole bunch of parmesan today and keep it in the fridge or freezer and it will last you all week. We will be using it every day for the rest of the week. A cup and a half to two cups should be plenty for all those meals!


Wednesday

Beef Stroganoff
Asparagus with Parmesan
Mango Chimichanga with Raspberry Sauce

Dovetailing Tips: Use 1/4 cup of the parmesan you grated yesterday.

As you are chopping the onion for this meal save 2 tablespoons for tomorrow.


Thursday

Ham and Cheese Calzones
Tossed Salad with Cream Garlic Dressing
Kiwi-Berry Tarts

Dovetailing Tips: Today you will use onion, parmesan, and bacon bits that you already have ready to go!


Friday

Chili Baked Potatoes
Steamed Broccoli
Corn Bread
Fresh Peach Cobbler

Dovetailing Tips: Today you will use the rest of the parmesan and the broccoli.
