I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. Beef Stroganoff

Serves: 4



  Download this recipe.

1/2 cup minced onions
1 pound ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 small can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
Egg noodle


Saute onion in a small amount of butter. Stir in meat, garlic, flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and mushrooms. Saute for 5 minutes. Add soup. Simmer for 10 minutes uncovered. Stir in sour cream right before you serve it. Serve over rice or noodles.
