Cranberry-Dijon Chicken

Serves: 4

1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon sugar
pepper to taste
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts


Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl; mix well. Add chicken; turn to coat evenly. Spray a grill pan with non-stick vegetable spray. Remove chicken from cranberry mixture; discard mixture. Grill over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until juices run clear.

Tip: When it’s time to divide and share perennials, make sure to label each plant with its name, how tall it will grow, does it like sun or shade and any other suggestions for making a new friendship garden grow!
