Dessert Crepes

2 eggs
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup whole wheat flour
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons agave


In a large bowl beat eggs together until frothy. Add in rest of ingredients, beating until smooth. Pour 2-3 TBSP of batter into a hot, nonstick crepe pan (or small fry pan will work). Tip the pan to let batter cover the bottom of the pan. Crepes are done cooking when the underside of the crepe is golden brown. Stack with wax paper in between each crepe. Fill each crepe with your choice of filling. Some of our favorites are: Strawberries and whipped cream, bananas with drizzled grain sweetened chocolate, homemade jam, almond butter or peanut butter ...get creative.
