In a large bowl beat eggs together until frothy. Add in rest of ingredients, beating until smooth. Pour 2-3 TBSP of batter into a hot, nonstick crepe pan (or small fry pan will work). Tip the pan to let batter cover the bottom of the pan. Crepes are done cooking when the underside of the crepe is golden brown. Stack with wax paper in between each crepe. Fill each crepe with your choice of filling.
