Chocolate Pudding

2/3 cup agave
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup cornstarch
4 cups almond milk (or regular milk)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract


In a heavy sauce pan, combine agave, cocoa and cornstarch. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour into a big bowl or individual bowl. Chill until serving. Pudding will thicken as it cools. For a richer chocolate taste use 1/2 Cup cocoa instead of 1/3 Cup.
