Chicken Pasta Salad

1 (8- to 10-ounce) package rotini, cooked, hot
3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon mustard
1 onion, chopped
3/4 cup sliced black olives
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup quartered artichoke hearts
salt to taste


Combine rotini, chicken, and dressing in a bowl, and mix well. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, onion, olives, cucumber, celery, pepper, and artichoke hearts, and mix well. Add to pasta mixture, and mix well. Season with salt. Chill, covered, 1–2 hours.
