_ cups mayonnaise
_ 6 1/2-ounce can tuna chunk light in water, drained and flaked
___ cup parsley chopped
_ anchovy fillets chopped
_ garlic large, minced
_ pound turkey breast tenderloin sliced 1/4 -inch thick
Capers, drained
In a food processor bowl fitted with the metal blade, * place mayonnaise, tuna, parsley, anchovies and garlic; cover. Process until smooth.
Arrange turkey on a serving platter; coat with sauce. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
To serve, garnish with capers.
