_ 1/2 pounds ground beef chuck
_ cup onions chopped
_ garlic large, minced
_ 16-ounce can tomatoes wedges
_ apple tart, peeled, cored and diced
___ cup raisins
_ tablespoons flour
_ teaspoon salt
___ teaspoon black pepper
___ teaspoon cinnamon ground
___ teaspoon cloves ground
_ ounces mozzarella cheese shredded (1 cup)

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté beef, onion and garlic just until meat is no longer pink; drain off fat.
Stir in tomatoes, apple, raisins, flour, salt, pepper, cinnamon and clove. Spoon into a 1 1/2 -quart oblong baking dish. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Bake covered in a preheated 400° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Uncover beef mixture, sprinkle with cheese. Arrange pimiento over cheese. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
