Print this Recipe

1 8-ounce can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
   1/2 cup sauerkraut drained
4 ounces swiss cheese thinly sliced into 8 slices
   4 hot dogs smoke-flavored beef

Preheat oven to 375°.

Unroll dough and divide into four rectangles; pinch perforations together.

To assemble each, spread 2 tablespoons of the sauerkraut evenly onto a rectangle to within 1/4 inch of edges. Arrange two cheese slices on top of sauerkraut in a single layer. Place a frankfurter in center with ends sticking out. Bring ends of dough over frankfurter and overlap; pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake for 12 to 13 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.

Serve with fried onion rings, cherry tomatoes and chocolate pudding.
