Crab Florentine Sandwiches |

Serves: 3 Print this Recipe1 10-ounce package spinach chopped 1 6 1/2-ounce can crab meat white, drained 4 ounces swiss cheese shredded (about 1 cup) 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 3 english muffins sourdough, cut in half Organize all of your own recipes with the Cook'n Recipe Software. Watch and see how easy it is! Preheat oven to 425°. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well (MW). Measure 1/2 cup; reserve remaining spinach for another use. In a medium bowl, mix crab meat, cheese, 1/2 cup spinach, mayonnaise and pepper until blended. Lightly toast English muffins if desired. Spread 1/3 cup of the crab mixture on each English muffin half. Place halves on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges begin to brown. Serve immediately.
