Oriental Sour Cream Baked Potatoes

4 to 6 russet potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chopped chives


Poke potatoes with fork 3 to 4 times. Bake at 400 degrees 55–60 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.*

In a bowl, mix sour cream, soy sauce, and chives together. Place a large dollop of sour cream mixture over opened baked potatoes. Makes 4–6 servings.
