Creamy Baked Mashed Potatoes

4 cups mashed* potatoes
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 (10 1/2-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup, condensed
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup crushed cornflakes


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix potatoes, cream cheese, soup, onion, eggs, and flour together. Spread mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle cornflakes over top. Lightly press cornflakes into potato base. Bake 33–38 minutes, or until golden brown and warm in the center. Makes 8 servings.
