Cheesy Broccoli Baked Potatoes

4 to 6 medium russet potatoes
1 (10 1/2-ounce) can broccoli cheese soup, condensed
1/2 can milk, using soup can
1 cup frozen chopped broccoli
sour cream
salt and pepper, to taste


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Poke potatoes with fork 3 to 4 times. Bake 55–60minutes, or until potatoes are tender.*

In saucepan, cook soup, milk, and broccoli together until thoroughly heated. Pour over opened hot baked potatoes and top with sour cream. Makes 4–6 servings.
