Southwest Salad Twist

1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
3 to 4 tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped green chiles
juice of 1 to 2 limes


Combine all ingredients except lime juice in a serving bowl; mix well. Drizzle lime juice over top; stir gently. Chill.

Tip: Make a crunchy, fresh salad fast with fewer dishes to wash! Toss lettuce, veggies and any other toppers in a one-gallon plastic zipping bag. Give it a shake and pour into salad bowls.
