2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons molasses
1/4 cup hot water
3/4 cup catsup
2 (15 3/4-ounce) cans pork & beans

Stir together brown sugar, molasses and water in a small bowl until sugar dissolves. Stir in catsup. Pour over beans in an ungreased 1-1/2 quart casserole dish; mix well. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for one hour.

Tip: Have a bonfire weenie roast in the fall when the weather turns cool & crisp. Add a hearty pot of Boston Baked Beans, simmering spiced cider to drink and later, s’mores for dessert!
