1. In medium bowl stir together peanut butter and powdered sugar. Stir in graham cracker crumbs. Use your hands or cookie scoop to shape into thirty-six 1-inch balls.
2. In heavy medium saucepan melt chocolate chips, chocolate and shortening over low heat, stirring constantly. Dip balls, one at a time, into chocolate. Allow excess chocolate to drip off each ball. Place on wax paper. Let stand until firm. Store in refrigerator.
