Apple Pie On-The-Go

3 apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter
1 refrigerated pie shell


Fry apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter until sauce thickens and apples are slightly tender. Dump on half of a pie shell and fold over. Cut slits in top and pour the rest of the sauce over the top of it. Bake as directed.
