1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Generously grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
2. Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to boil, add the noodles, and boil until al dente, 5 to 10 minutes. Drain and place in a large bowl. Add the margarine or butter, apples, and raisins and mix well. Add the eggs, season with salt, and mix well. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
3. Bake until the top is golden brown and crisp, 35 to 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve hot or cold, cut into squares.
TO MAKE AHEAD: Let cool completely, cover, and refrigerate for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 1 month.
TO REHEAT: If frozen, let thaw in the refrigerator. Reheat in the microwave or in a preheated 350°F oven until heated through.
