Garlic Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

6 eggs , hard-boiled and peeled
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon pickle relish
1 onion , chopped
1 clove garlic , minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
Garnish: paprika

Directions:

Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks, setting aside egg whites. In a mixing bowl, mash yolks with a fork. Add remaining ingredients except paprika; mix well. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites; sprinkle with paprika. Chill.

Tip: Place packets of flower seeds in a basket by your front door…let guests pick their favorites to take home. As the flowers bloom, friends will be reminded of you.
