Tarter Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise or miracle whip
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons minced yellow onions
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
hot pepper sauce, to taste


Combine mayo, garlic, parsley, onion, and Worcestershire sauce in a food processor. Puree until well mixed.

ALTERNATIVES: Add 1/2 cup corn, 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno, 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes and a pinch of Cayenne for a spicier version.
