Dice the onion and tomatoes. Slice the cucumber and olives. Set aside for later use.
In a medium pan, brown ground beef and diced onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain the fat from the burger. Add tomato sauce and heat thoroughly.
In a large bowl mix together crushed tortilla chips, cooked ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, and olives.
Serve with sour cream or ranch dressing.
*Many people think cucumbers don't belong on tacos...but you really ought to try them at least once! They are yummy!
