Broccoli Salad

4 cups fresh chopped broccoli
8 slices bacon, cooked and broken into bits
1/2 cup green onion
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar


Combine broccoli, bacon, onions, and cheese in a large bowl.

In another bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients. Pour dressing onto the salad.

Stir and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. The longer it sits, the more flavorful the salad will be.
