Corny Bean Salsa

1 (8 3/4-ounce) can whole-kernel corn, drained
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed, drained
4 green onions, sliced
1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning


Combine corn, beans, green onions, sweet pepper, and cilantro in container with cover. In glass measure, stir together lime juice, and seasonings. Pour over bean mixture; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill. Serve with corn chips.
