Tropical Chicken and Rice
1 (16-ounce) bag peas
Banana Salad
8 slices bread or rolls


Start the rice, and then prepare the rest of the Tropical Chicken and Rice, using the cooked chicken from Sunday's meal.
Cook the frozen peas in the microwave during the last 5 minutes of heating the Tropical Chicken and Rice.
Prepare the banana salads just prior to serving to prevent the bananas from turning brown. These add an additional tropical mood to the meal and are a quick, fun salad to dazzle this very simple meal.
Serve bread or rolls, if desired.
