Saturday night or Sunday morning assemble chicken in slow cooker. If rice cooker has has 'keep warm' feature, make rice then also. In the evening, make mousse and chill during dinner. Wash and chop broccoli. Chop some extra for Monday's salad. While broccoli is steaming, shred chicken and thicken sauce. Remember to reserve some cooked rice for Monday's entree. While cleaning up, chop veggies for Monday's entree and salad. Make pear gelatin mold so it can chill overnight.
