Spinach And Mandarin Orange Salad

2 pounds fresh spinach leaves, torn into bite sized pieces
2 (8-ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 cup almonds, slivered
3 ounces real bacon bits
2 eggs, hard boiled and diced
1/4 cup green onion, chopped

1/4 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard


Toss salad ingredients together. Combine dressing ingredients together. Shake well and serve dressing with salad.
