Mediterranean Brussels Sprouts

1 pound brussels sprouts
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup water

4 ounces plain yogurt
2 tablespoons mustard
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon vinegar
fresh ground black pepper
salt to taste


Mix dressing ingredients and refrigerate for an hour. Clean and trim brussels sprouts. Steam or cook until done in water, with a pinch of salt added. Drain and place in serving bowl. Pour dressing over and toss.
