Ham & Corn Casserole

Serves: 4

2 (15-ounce) cans corn, drained
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1 cup leftover diced ham
3 eggs
1 cup milk
8 saltine crackers


Add the corn, onions, and ham to the DO. Beat the eggs well with the milk and pour over the corn. Season to taste and bake for 30 minutes. Crumble the crackers and spread over the top and bake for another 10 minutes.
