Tuna Salad Pitas

Serves: 4
Total Calories: 230


1 (6 1/2-ounce) can tuna drained and flaked
8 slices bacon fried crisp and crumbled
1/4 cup celery minced
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
2 pita bread 6 inches each
alfalfa sprouts
tomato Sliced or diced


In a medium bowl, mix tuna, bacon, celery, mayonnaise, onion salt, and lemon juice. Stir until all ingredients are blended. If making ahead, cover and chill.

Cut pita rounds in half to make half circles. Fill each half with filling, sprouts, and tomatoes.
