Shrimp Spread

Serves: 5



Cut 1/2 cup softened butter and 1 package (3 oz.) softened cream cheese into chunks and place in a food processor bowl fitted with the metal blade. Drain and add 1 can (4 1/4 oz.) tiny, broken shrimp. Add 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 3/4 teaspoon onion salt, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, and a dash of ground red pepper. Cover and process until well blended, scraping sides of bowl as needed. Cover and chill. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
