Preheat oven to 400°. Grease twelve muffin-pan cups or line with paper liners.
In a medium bowl, stir baking mix. Cheddar cheese. Parmesan cheese, chives and sage. In a small bowl, beat milk, egg and butter or margarine with a fork until blended. Stir into dry mixture just until moistened (do not overmix). Fill muffin cups about two-thirds full.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
