In a small skillet or heavy saucepan over medium heat, stir sesame seeds for 3 minutes or until lightly toasted (watch carefully) set aside. Prepare dressing.
Place greens in a large salad bowl. Arrange chicken, chopped vegetables, green onions and parsley on top. Cover and chill if desired.
Just before serving, sprinkle chow mein noodles, peanuts and sesame seeds over top. Pour on dressing and toss until all ingredients are coated.
