1. Shred very cold cheese spread. You will need 1 cup. Place in a small bowl.
2. Add mayonnaise, pimiento and mustard. Stir until well blended.
3. Spread half of the cheese mixture on each slice of white bread. Top each with a slice of whole wheat bread, making two sandwiches. Cut off crusts if you wish. Cut each sandwich into four strips.
4. Place sandwiches in plastic sandwich bags or wrap in plastic wrap and place in lunch box.
