Rainbow Salad

2 1/2 cups corkscrew pasta colored pasta twists
2 cups chicken cubed cooked
4 ounces Colby cheese cut in 1/2 -inch cubes (about 1 cup)
10 cherry tomatoes halved
1 (3 1/4-ounce) can olives pitted medium ripe
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning dried crushed
2 cloves garlic minced
2 teaspoons salt
lettuce leaves


* Preparation Time: 10 to 15 minutes Storage Time: Up to 4 hours In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, cheese, cherry tomatoes and olives set aside.

In a small bowl, mix tomato sauce, oil, vinegar, herb seasoning, garlic and salt until blended. Pour over pasta mixture gently stir until well combined. Cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.

Bell: Spoon salad into a lettuce-lined bowl.
