Line a large platter with lettuce leaves. Finely chop a few inner leaves and place on platter. Arrange chicken, cheese, salami or ham, avocado, olives and cherry tomatoes on lettuce. Garnish with a few tortilla chips.
Serve dressing separately and pass additional tortilla chips.
* If not serving salad immediately, brush avocado with lemon juice.
