Have Ready:
4 cups milk
1 milk chocolate bar
1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
You'll Need:
small saucepan
measuring cups
wooden spoon
measuring spoons
wire whisk
6 cups


Pour milk into saucepan. Add the chocolate and stir over medium heat until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat and add the cinnamon and vanilla. Set aside. At serving time, return to heat and beat the mixture with a whisk until it is frothy and hot. Pour into cups. Serve with the lime sherbet.
