Mediterranean Coffee

1 tablespoon clear licorice-flavored liqueur
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons brandy
Hot coffee
whipped cream


Just before serving:

In a dessert coffee cup or heatproof goblet, stir together liqueur, brown sugar and brandy.

Pour coffee over brandy mixture and stir until sugar dissolves top with whipped cream.
