Frosty Fruit

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 (1-pound) can grapefruit sections and juice, undrained
1 (4-ounce) can pineapple tidbit, 1-pound, undrained
2 bananas, diced
1/3 pound green seedless grape


Combine sugar and water bring to boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Cool. Add grapefruit, pineapple, bananas, and grapes. Freeze to a thick slush. Serve fruit in sherbet dishes. If fruit is frozen hard, remove from freezer 1 hour before time to serve.
