Combine sugar and water in small saucepan. Bring to boil remove from heat immediately. Stir in lemon and orange juice (1 teaspoon frozen orange juice concentrate may be substituted for juice) and grated rind, if used chill. Prepare fruit. Stir into chilled syrup so all fruit is coated.
