Egg Filling

Serves: 5



Mince 4 large hard-cooked eggs. In a small bowl, mix eggs, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon minced onion, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed, and a pinch of dry mustard until well blended. Cover and chill. Makes about 1 cup.
