Dark Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
2 semi-sweet chocolate chips or 1 12-ounce package
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups sugar confectioners', unsifted


In small saucepan, combine butter and milk bring to a boil, remove from heat. Add chocolate chips stir until melted and cool to lukewarm. Blend in vanilla. Gradually beat in sugar as needed for desired consistency.
