Curried Cheese Soup

Serves: 6
Total Calories: 320


4 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese
2 cups beef consommé canned
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 garlic medium
Tiny Alaskan shrimp, canned or tiny frozen shrimp


Put all ingredients in blender except salt, shrimp and parsley. Blend at full speed until smooth add salt to taste. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. To serve, fill chilled cups with soup and top with several of the tiny shrimp and a pinch of parsley for garnish.
