In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken or turkey, cheese, cherry tomatoes and olives set aside.
In a small bowl, stir tomato sauce, oil, vinegar. Italian seasoning, garlic and salt until blended. Pour over pasta mixture gently stir until mixture is well coated. Serve or cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
To serve, spoon salad into a lettuce-lined bowl.
