Stick each candy bar long ways through with a skewer. Place in a freezer to harden about 15 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients to make a batter a little thinner than pancake batter, add more soda if needed. Remove 6 bars from freezer and dip into batter. Deep fry at 350° to 360° for about 1 ½ to 2 minutes until golden brown. Remove to a paper towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar or chocolate syrup. Repeat until all bars are fried.
