Mustard Grilled Red Snapper

1/2 cup Dijon style mustard
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon ground red pepper flake
4 red snapper fillets


Spray cold B.B.Q. grill with food release spray. Prepare fire, or preheat broiler.

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients but the fish and mix well to combine. Coat fillets with mustard mixture.

Grill fish over medium high heat or broil for about 4 minutes per side until fish flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with Italian parsley and red pepper flakes.
